What it does
The official X API is billed per resource or request from prepaid credits. A post read costs $0.005, a user read $0.010, creating a post $0.015 and a post with a URL $0.20. Pay-per-use plans are capped at 3 million post reads a month. Keys, billing and usage are managed in the Developer Console.
